When you fill in a quote form or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your area or postcode, and any description of the move you give. We only ask for what we need to give you a quote and carry out the work.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and carry out your booking, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, use the contact form, or call 0113 460 5437.

Cookies

Apart from the maps covered below, the only cookies here are the ones the site needs to function. Should analytics or any other non-essential cookie be added later, it will load only after you agree to it.

The map on the contact page and the one in the footer come from Google Maps, and each loads along with the page instead of waiting to be asked. Loading one lets Google set its own cookies and hands it your IP address as part of the request. The footer version is fetched only once you scroll down far enough to reach it. To avoid them entirely, set your browser to block third-party content; every other part of the site still works.
